Both these library formats are standard for MieNet's Free Icon Libraries, a collection with nearly 20,000 distinct icons organized by themes, which can be freely downloaded in either format: [1] '.zip' files containing individual '.ico' files (the format that you are currently downloading) and [2] '.tpz' files (TreePad-compatible icon libraries). For each of the 27 themes comprising this Library (500-1000 icons, each theme), both file types available for download contain precisely the same icons.
